Head of Online, Sales & Delivery Plattform for PV & Battery, E.ON Solutions GmbH
Before taking on my current role, I worked for the E.ON Germany PV & Storage team in Munich. In that role I was responsible for leading the team which managed the residential go-to-market and first ramp-up, as well as for developing our sales and delivery platform and our online channels.
In my current position my primary responsibility is to provide digital solutions across the whole value chain in residential PV & Storage business in all countries with E.ON activities.
Before joining E.ON, I used to work for a customer management consultancy, focusing on improving customer experience and espe¬cially customer interaction (CRM processes, Call Center processes, NPS, etc.). Projects within the pharma, automobile or insurance industry as well as with small utilities provided many different insights and views on customer orientation across various industries.
Taking this experience to serve our customers and to improve their lives is my prime motivator.
The energy world is now rapidly and dramatically changing – for generators, supplier and consumers while at the same time tearing down the walls of the power, heat and transport sectors. Key questions are: how can this energy revolution be accomplished smoothly and who will be the winners?
